In charge of understanding the customer demand and the design limititations, in order then to complete the projects in accordance with the agreed planning, quality and budgets.
The first part being to follow the supply of the free issue items like castings, forgings, seals, bolting, piping etc. in ad equation with the clients requirements.
Then, the objective is to follow the welding, machining, assembly and testing phases on site (in European Yards).
When the sub-assemblies are ready, the contract completion continues offshore, worldwide, with the supervision of the stacking on the extraction installation (FPSO).

Management of different suppliers in order to handle the fabrication of a part of a Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading Unit (FPSO). Supply chain, Technical, Financial and Risk management. Creation of purchasing procedures and implementation of negotiation methods based on a cartography of the connections with the suppliers. Focus on quality (0 defect) and Delivery (0 delay), directly linked with the final use on the platforms (strong customer orientation).
