SUPPLY CHAIN :
* Lead planning, scheduling and orders handling for all orders to be processed
* Planning and coordinating of convertion activities
* Proper planning process for existing products and for new developments
* Assure SOX compliancy for the entire procurement and inventory control process
* Interaction with internal and external partners : sales, operations, converters, suppliers (UK,D,S,I, F)
* Support the business for new product developments
* Organization of production streams between the various segment interests in terms of converters, production, scheduling
* Supporting Sourcing and Logistic at yearly price negociations
* KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Management of Contract Manufacturers Activities (Safetw, Yield, Delivery on time)
* Inventory Control
SALES, MARKETING & CUSTOMERS SERVICE :
* Order Traking / follow-up from receipt of Purchase Order to delivery
* After sales customers support
* Interaction with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations teams
* Logistic organisation
* Implementation and follow-up of new products on Market place
* Liaise with shipping / planning to meet Customer ETA
* Organisation and participation to differents kinds of fairs (Interpack, Duty Free)
* Handling of complaints, product returs, invoice adjustments / queries - creation of crédits / debits
