    - Managed four divisional heads with total of twenty-two staff during transitional period of growth and acquisition.
  • Sennheiser UK Ltd - Area Sales Manager

    2006 - 2007 Territory Management of over 180 broadcast audio equipment resellers including stocking plans against aggressive forecasts, implementation of co-operative marketing campaigns and strategic business planning. This role allowed exposure to divisional budget-setting, management reporting to Directors and autonomous negotiation owing to ‘shadowing’ Business Area Manager who was winding-down towards retirement

    Key Achievements:
    - Awarded ‘Most Improved Sales Area’ for turnover increase of 28% in 2006
    - Significant results with two major resellers in 2007, in excess of quadrupling turnover within 12 month period in both cases following in-depth analysis of their businesses and re-positioning of their brands in the marketplace.
  • Harman Pro UK Ltd - Channel Distribution & Installed Sound Sales Manager

    2005 - 2006 This was a multi-faceted role within a virtually brand-new incarnation of Harman Professional distribution within the UK. Responsibility for re-establishment of route-to-market for seven best-in-class pro-audio brands into national sub-distribution, installed sound and live/hire event companies amidst incorporation of Soundcraft into UK distribution.
  • Bose UK Ltd - Regional Sales Consultant

    2002 - 2004 Implementation of BOSE Pro-Partner selective distribution scheme throughout regional territory aimed at improving the brand positioning through education and adoption of best practice by selected high quality audio installation companies
