    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 2007 - 2009 Created and executed a three-year roadmap to enhance the DW/BI environment of the Entertainment and Devices division to eliminate redundancy and focus on transparency, agility and facilitating the transformation of data into insightful information. Modified data processes to leverage SET operations. Enhanced ETL infrastructure throughput and ETL Window by leveraging clustering and mirroring capabilities of SQL Server combined with DMX technologies.

    Key Achievements
    • Developed three (3) data marts (Manufacturing/Product Quality, Inventory Management and Interactive Entertainment Business) ranging in size from 900 GIG to 12TB, using SQL Server, Analysis and Reporting Services.
    Responsibilities included:
    - Logical and physical data modeling
    - Complex ETL design and development (worked more than 1 billion rows and 3 parallel types of ETL processes)
    - Addressing scalability issues (scaling out and scaling up)
    - Hardware infrastructure design to align with ETL and Query schedules
    - Technical assessment and approval of standards for ETL flow, engine and version. Also ensured TSQL and Visual Studio Database (VSDB) coding standards were met.

    PARIS 2002 - 2007 Developed end-to-end of data warehouse/business intelligence solutions for the Sales and Marketing business unit. Planned and developed strategic directions for a 10-year roadmap on a global and agile Business Intelligence system. Created RFPs and evaluated proposals collaborating with the procurement department. Developed business and system governance processes. Coached best practices and data modeling approaches and managed the technical architecture. Managed one to twenty-five (25) developers. Provided estimations and estimation methodologies. Recruited talented and highly effective staff.

    • Developed six (6) data marts comprised of conformed dimensions and SOA-flavored data management platforms ranging in size from 200 GIG to 5 TB. Technologies used were Oracle, Informatica , Cognos, and MicroStrategy suite of applications.
