For the past 9 years I have worked within the European Executive division at microTECH Global to headhunt professionals for our Global clients in the Semiconductor, Electronics and Software industries. A job that I love.
I have a strong focus in Senior technical, leadership and Managerial positions in Europe as well as a strong network in the IC Test area.
The tech industry fascinates me and I am lucky enough to expand my knowledge everyday. I value the interesting, informative and friendly conversations I have on a daily basis with my network and new contacts and I genuinely enjoy the relationships this builds. I am lucky to speak to some fantastic people along the way.
My role works well with my Project Management background as guide the process from start to finish, ensuring that there is a strong emphasis on attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
On the more personal side I am a mother of two happy and hilarious young children, which means life is busy but it really helps me to keep grounded and appreciate the difficulty and importance in finding a good work life balance in a career.
