J'ai une expérience de travail de 14 années acquise soit dans des postes opérationnels (ingénieur d'exploitation) soit dans des positions de conception (ingénieur de procédé et de projet) dans secteurs différents.

Je suis disponible a évaluer des opportunités dans des domaines diverses que l' actuel (pétrole et gaz) parce que moi, comme un ingénieur chemique, je suis intéresse a travailler dans n'importe quel domaine qui se rapporte à l'étude ou le développement de nouveaux procédés chimiques.

  • Italfluid - Process-project engineer

    2007 - maintenant I report directly to the General Manager and control of all aspects of the engineering function including all engineering issues, process development, continuous improvement.
    1. Process: I develop the process conception,simulation models & reports (Hysys), I design fire-fighting system, I make equipment sizing and equipment data sheets, I issue process related documentation (process, design, safety philosophies,….).
    2. Detailed Engineering: I lead the Engineering team and coordinate resources ( 6 persons). I also lead the presentation of process design works to Clients and I attend HAZOPs and technical meetings with Client’s Engineering Department.
    3. Technical & Commercial proposals: I prepare Bid documentation for E.P.C. projects or for rental base installations related to packaged treatment plants.
    4. Procurement: I give support in purchase of equipments (analysis of datasheets and specifications) and I manage directly the contact with supplier of most relevant equipments with reference to Purchase Order, Inspection and Test Plans, revision of technical documentation (Drawings, Handbooks,..) and certifications needed for foreign Control Bodies.
    5. Project Overview: I make budgetary estimation of Project costs (CAPEX and OPEX) to introduce to General Management. Then, I supervise Project development and schedule and give Internal Support to on-site personnel for construction/installation/commissioning/Start-up and Performance test of the plant.
    6. Field/site/plant experience: I have been involved in internal pre-commissioning activities, in commissioning and design review with Customer, in training local personnel.
    7. Support to existing facilities: I give support in troubleshooting related to the production of Company’s installations operating in North Africa (debottlenecking, analysis of the deviations, recommendations, etc.).
