    2010 - 2017 Mission :
    -Managed more than 200 sites with a team of 34 consultants and employees, across 34 markets with a list of common components like; digital assets, analytics, responsive design, eCommerce, Mobile App, data privacy (GDPR), IOT and 3rd party integration.
    - Managed yearly CAPEX and Opex for digital ecosystem projects and maintenance.

    Main Accomplishments
    -Built a digital ecosystem which includes 6 major platforms covering Mobile App development & integration with ERP, CRM and connected appliances. Currently they are on multiple platforms; WebSphere Commerce, WebSphere Application Server, SAP Hybris, eZpublish, Liferay and Tomcat.The objective is to reduce to 3 main platforms.
    -Implemented Cloud solutions with 3rd party SAAS providers like; Commerce On Cloud (IBM) as key component of the Ecosystem.
    -Global Data Privacy Regulation, new rules from May 2016:
    -Selected a SAAS provider, OneTrust as the main tool, then implemented; Cookie management, Data privacy mapping, Data privacy impact assessments flow with legal validation. Designed and delivered a functional proof of concept (2 countries) for Global Data Privacy Regulation for the EMEA region.
    -Prepared GDPR training material and conducted sessions for GIS and Business, to prepare for deployment impact and roll out effort.
    -Managed digital presence and eCommerce road map to support yearly EMEA plans and Global strategic architecture. Worked closely with our 7 major brands and digital marketing group to integrate their needs in the overall Digital and eCommerce plans.
    -Gathered digital requirement with other regions ( NAR & LAR). Drove discussion on digital needs and vision.
    -Defined digital plan and key pillars. Drove digital innovation across regions for common framework, integration, tools and KPIs . Defined quick wins and leapfrog initiatives to secure the digital changes, growth, and revenue generation (direct and indirect)
