Prior to that, 16 years of industrial experience: 11 years in automotive, including responsibility for the audit management of the DAX30 company Continental, with a focus on process audit and continuous improvement. Before that, 5 years involved in various other industries. Multicultural background and vast international experience. Special competence in change management and restructuring, including post merger integration. Working with executives and managers of major corporations as well as medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad.
