  2013 - maintenant I am a UX/UI designer for Mobile and Web. Over the past few years I have been the lead Information Architect and User Experience Designer for applications that span multiple touch points for notable creative agencies and the brands they inspire. I manage and mentor talented designers, as well as educate the executive level and cross-disciplinary team members on a UX process that is both lean and radically collaborative. I learn eagerly and rapidly.
  
  I regularly generate user flows/journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, conduct research on user activity and UX design patterns, author and supervise usability tests and do heuristic evaluations. In my current job I have developed the library of UX elements including the interaction design, information architecture, user interface and usability standards. I work with Product owners to further define and refine product requirements and documentation
