  * Participate in setting strategic plan that reflects the achievement of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the organization. ;
  * Guide development of internal financial control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.

  * Act as the point of contact for various authorities, external auditors, in case of questions regarding finance and accounting, year-end closing, etc. Also coordinate with external auditors and handle their requirements in order to finalize the audit of the financial statements of the organization.
  * Oversee the organization, development and submission of periodical financial reports, variations and performance for top management's review.
  * Ensure the maintenance of appropriate financial records and preparation of required financial reports in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  * Responsible for all financial, accounting, banking and fiscal management aspects
  * Act as an advisor to the CEO evaluating and assisting him with they're financial plans and business planning and modelling. Directly assists the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding
  * Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
  * Ensure credibility of finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts
  * Ensures the implementation of corporate governance across the businesses.
  * Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system
  * Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the organization ;
