I am responsible for the provision of technical solutions in industrial water and wastewater projects. My tasks are focused on the process design, the cost estimation and the management of projects. I provide support on technical and project management issues to an international team of sales engineers with global presence. Moreover, I participate in the business development through the expansion of the technologies portfolio and the investment in new equipment. Additionally I am responsible for the evaluation of new suppliers and their innovative technologies for the development of partnerships that reassures their support in our projects.

I was acting initially as a process and planning engineer as well as a coordinator of three engineering firms in a water treatment project in the oil sector. In the course of the project my role had been upgraded to an assistant project manager. Hence I shared the responsibility along with the project manager for the review and delivery of all the detailed design submittals on schedule. I had a broad range of responsibilities from engineering, budgeting, procurement to construction supervision.

I was assigned to several short projects and to some long, which are listed below. All the projects were in the areas of wastewater or water management. The longest and most interesting one had been the master plan for wastewater reclamation. It was an innovative project, as this practice has not been implemented in Greece yet. The plan dictated the guidelines, regulations and strategy for the water reclamation in Greece.

B. Consulting services to the Greek Ministry of Environment:
1. Master plan for the wastewater reclamation in the area of Athens
* Data collection for municipal and industrial water consumption in Athens (Ministry of environment, local authorities, parks, highways, industry etc)
* Preparation of questionnaires , collection of data on reclaimed water quality standards for industrial processes (steel, paper, dye, concrete industries)
* Reclaimed water policy, possible uses, potential consumption and quality standards for each use

I was responsible for the development and optimization of a pilot scale membrane unit for the treatment of the leachates of a hazardous waste landfill in Vseborice, Czech Republic. The project was funded by the owner company of the landfill, Dekonta SA.
