Oliver RASSAT

Oliver Rassat has been living between China and France since 1978. He is fluent in french, german, english and mandarin.

He founded GIBCOM in 1991. During the last 15 years, Gibcom has provided consulting services in China to over 150 french and european SME's, set-up 3 joint-ventures and assisted several professional organizations as well as french local government administrations and Chambers of Commerce.

Since 1997, Gibcom has been organizing promotional events including Press Conferences, more recently in the field of tourism. Besides, Gibcom is the organizer of the "Shanghai French Week" since 2002, supported by the Shanghai Municipality and the French Trade Commission.
